1. Scheduling your appointment
a) All appointments are confirmed prior to the scheduled visit. Appointments that cannot be confirmed will not be held. It is therefore advisable to provide us with your most accessible telephone number or e-mail address. * Please note there is a 15% surcharge for public holidays.

b) We kindly ask for a 50% deposit when scheduling any package, or treatment exceeding two hours duration. This deposit is fully refundable should notice of cancellation or alteration be given at least 24 hours before your scheduled visit.

2. Cancellation of Appointment
a)In the event of a cancellation or alteration of an appointment, we ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice so as to give us the opportunity to fill the allocated time.

b) Less than 24 hours notice or failure to keep an appointment (no show) will result in the full amount being charged to your credit card.

3. Arrival
a) Please arrive on time, so that we can provide you with your full treatment.

4. For your welfare
a) Natskin reserves the right to refuse treatment on any person who is believed to be under the influence of intoxicating liquor, drugs, or other substance.
